With over 10 years experience as a freelance writer for local and national design publications and also a published author (’50 Ways to Paint a Wall’, 2005, Creative Publishing International) and known as a color expert for various apparel companies led to her former position as an Agency Director in the Valley of the Sun in 2004 for another local model and talent agency, where she worked diligently to establish quality contacts within our industry. Her background also includes judging of local pageants in our Valley.

Gail was also an instructor of fashion merchandising at Mesa Community College where she currently sits as an Advisory Board member for the Apparel Merchandising and Design program. She is an advisor for the Arizona Consortium for the Arts charity where she has actively helped to raise funds. She is a member of NAWBO, the National Association of Women Business Owners and the APA, the Arizona Production Association.

Gail is known for her ‘hands on’ approach to working with talent, colleagues and clients. When asked on interviews, Gail refers to the agency as ‘her family’, and her goal is not to be the ‘biggest’, but to be the ‘best’ in the area. It is her desire to make herself fully available to talent, colleagues and clients. Her business ‘is’ her passion.
